How it works
Every build is different, but our process remains the same.
1. Initial Consultation
We start by confirming your vehicle specs - make, model, dimensions, weight limits - or talk about what you’re planning to buy. Then we discuss what you need from your setup. Whether you’ve got a vague wishlist or a full plan, we’ll guide you through it and offer ideas based on real-world experience from dozens of builds.
2. Draft Design & Estimate
It's hard to picture every detail from paper, so we create a 3D concept model to help visualise your setup. You’ll also get a rough cost estimate at this stage, with flexibility to adjust..
3. Review & Refine
Once the design comes to life, you’ll likely want to tweak things. We work through changes with you before locking anything in. Most updates are small, but they make a big difference to the end result.
4. Final Specs
We confirm the fine details like colours, finishes, power points, USBs, lighting, mounts, and any extras. Once you’re happy, we’re ready to get into the workshop.
5. Fabrication & Build
We begin with the mainframe and build out from there. Every component is tested and fitted as we go. It’s a hands-on process with room for minor adjustments, but the structure is locked in and built to last.
6. Handover & Delivery
You’ll get a full walkthrough of your finished custom ute build, with warranties and OEM certifications where required. Then it’s all yours - ready for the road, the job, or wherever you take it next!
